Yesterday
Felt good when i woke up after my deadlift day =) a bit stiff but good.
Had a whole day of work ahead of me with new clients.
I got my towns soccer club from juniors to the big team.
Did my own practice first before work and it came down to this =)

Then it was time for clients =)
Did Primal Move 3 more times and then some instructions so it was a good day.
Today when i woke up i could feel it in my body =)
Did my Primal Move class early so i woke up and now i have a couple of hours rest before a clients personal practice then of to Dead lift, Squat and Bench again ;)
