Kicking this blogg in gear again

Been away from here for some time now but it`s time to start writing again =)

So here is from my practice today.

Deadlift
4*2 with 155kg  (341Ibs)
1*2 with 175kg  (385Ibs)

Squats
5*2 with 130kg  (286Ibs)

Bench Press
5*2 with 80Kg (176Ibs ) did a say that i hate bench =)
