Started to train the local soccer team last week so i had +60 new clients to take care of and that felt this weekend =)
2 junior team and the senior team started up so it was mush show and tell, did 4 Primal Move in a row one day with practice and show =)
Did my training on Saturday instead of Friday but it went ok.

10/10 Snatch+ 1/1 Swing, 9/9 Snatch+2/2 Swings and so down to 6/6 Snatch+/5 Swings then i change to 5/5 Snatch+6/6 Swing and so on to 1/1 Snatch+ 10/10 Swings
Thats 110 Snatch +110 Swings
