I been knocked down put NOT knocked out

Been nearly two month of mental hard work so i haven't been practicing as i would like but hopefully its soon over and i can go forward instead of have to go back in my life digging up things.

So let go on =)

Todays practice =)

Some real ligth work with the barbell 

Deadlifts 160Kg 3*3

Squats 100Kg 2*5

Bench press 80Kg 5*2

Standing Barbell press 50Kg 2*5
