Monday and the first day but last week on block III for this time =)
I have two more days of happy press and squat work then its back on block I again.
Felt good today so i fired up the presses a bit.
But first some Primal Move.
Presses 5 rounds with 5 minute of rest between.
28+28Kg 3
24+24Kg 5
20+20Kg 7
And it went nice but i felt it when i did my squats =)
Only 3 round
32+32Kg 3
28+28Kg 5
24+24Kg 7
