Practicing walking and running

Having a day for myself only and training today=)

Started with some walking/running today, i am not just out for a walk/run no i am practicing how i do it.
Keeping my body right, the shoulders relaxed , the hip in place and the breathing in my stomach .
It fells better and better for every time i am out, and it helps me to relax without thinking all the time.

Kettlebell training.
3* 5 squats with two 24kg in rack.
3*5 stiff leg deadlifts with two 24kg
And a 6minutes Tabata of swings, High pull and Snatch with the 28kg.
