Did some nice correcting today =) its my free training day so i only do FMS.
Started with
Rib cage pull
ASLR 3*10
Arm bar and Brettzell 2.0 *2
Then original Bretzell
and ended with Indianclubs
Did 15 tall kneeling and 15 half kneeling and 20 standing on both side.
then did it all over again but rotated the other way =)
