Time to upgrade what i have been doing over the weekend =)
Fridays training was with two good friends on the beach in Helsingborg
We did some free kettlebell practice for 45minutes then 3rounds of 45second work and 10 second rest with Battling rope, swings and Gobletsquats.
After some sunbathing and swimming =)
Saturday
15minutes of Indainclub practice before
1,5 hours of Bootcamp in Helsingborg
Sunday
3 rounds of double 20kg kettlebell fun.
Snatch *5
Clean *5
Military press *5
Squats *5
Swings *5
Then 1,5 hours of Bootcamp.
So today Monday is a rest day but i have done my FMS correction exercises
