Had around 32C (90F) in the sun yesterday but i had to train anyhow , the weather shouldn't stop you ;).
Did some Swings and Clubbells Mills.

I started with 200 swings on the 24kg
10/10/10, 10/10/10, 10/10, 10/10, 10/10/10, 10/10/10, 10/10, 10/10
Then 100 Mills
25/25/25/25
It was a nice practice short but sweat ;)
