It warm today, real warm =)
Did some light workout in the heat with my weight vest and TRX.
3 Different push ups every one of the variation got 3*5 reps and the vest was set on 10kg.
Hands together
Hands by the side of the body
Hands wide.
2Rounds of 12 exercises with the TRX
40seconds of work per exercise and 90seconds between rounds
