Haven't been writing here for some time, since last time i wrote i have gotten a small kitten to take care of =) so no training from wensday to friday last week only FMS and some Indianclub practice.
But on Saturday i was on again.
Saturday training
3 rounds of double kettlebell work of
5 snatch
5 presses
5 cleans
5 squats
5 swing
With two 20kg Kettlebell
And after that was 1,5 hours of Bootcamp/Kettlebell in a hot sun in Helsingborg
Sunday
1,5 Hours of Kettlebell Bootcamp in Engelholm
Monday
1 hour of FMS work
