After some presses today i say what Mr Pavel says "I am a better man now"
Started my day with my FMS like i always do.
Then it was time for some iron work.
Double 24kg presses
3 ladders with 1-5
1 ladder with 1-4
1 ladder with 1-3
=2928kg
Then it was time to do some circle training and i did 3 rounds of
5 double 24kg squats
5/5 one leg stiff dead lift
10 double 32kg calf raise
5/5 Special front Snatch
That was a good practice
