I am my 8:th week now and it felt good.
I am getting bigger and i have lost fat so the program do what it suppose to =)
I have done 7:th week heavy day (Sunday) and it was hard but rewarding.
I did the 8:th week medium day ( Tuesday) and that was a pain for the body, its simple but NOT easy ;)
And today was the "light" day (ok its lighter then the other two ;) )
It was High pulls , Snatches and See saw presses, a fast and nice workout.
Its a lot of pressing and squats in this program so the whole body are in work, my legs has grown and i am more compact in the upper body now.
And the forearms are getting a blast every time hehehehe.
