Every time i do the heavy day i am not happy doing it hahaha i am thinking "this is my last time" when i am in the middle of the workout ;)
BUT when i am done and got my breath back (and it takes some time ;) ) i am just so glad that i bought Kettlebell Muscle and i am going to do all 12 weeks.
It was the last workout for week 8:e today (heavy day) and its hard now (simple but not easy) doing complex and chains.
Today was Squats, Snatch, Military presses, Clean and push press and squat again ;)hard but fun work.
It have gotten me bigger in muscle again so it works big time.
Yesterday was a active rest day with 10 of 30sec on/10sec of jumping rope,
and a lot of FMS, Lats stretch and armbar work and it felt good.
WEEK 9 Here i come =)
