Half of the 12week is done =)

It has been 6 growling weeks but fun to =) i have put on some muscle and gotten stronger to.
My back and shoulders are the muscle that people see has grown but my legs has gotten bigger to.
There are even some people who have asked me if i am doing Bodybuilding again hahahaha, but no i am just following the Kettlebell muscle program 3 times a week.

Is it easy ? NO its not but its fun, my fore arm is burning every time and its hard work but then again its just for like 20minutes max 3 times a week and the progress make you want to do it more ;).

So how can you grow whit Kettlebells? Just buy Kettlebell muscle by Master RKC Geoff Neupert, read, learn and do what he writes and you WILL FELL how you grow.

I started with 24:s but it didn't take me more than the first day to understand that it was to heavy for me, but that said dont go light but go correct.

I did the Light day on Friday and the last Heavy day today on Sunday. Now its time to chance the program and its going to get harder =)

Get it going folks go and train and make you all stronger faster but not on the expense of of you movement. Train safe and train correct.
