I started with some FMS work ASLR 10/10 3times Hip stretch 3 times Brettzell Brettzell 2.0
Then some indianclub work for shoulder and T-spine 50/50 one way then 50/50 to the other way (25 slow and 25 fast)
Next week on the 3:e (Sunday) we have Peter Lakatos coming to hold a Workshop in Indianclub at Tenacity in Gothenburg . Me and RKC Teamleader Tommy Blom will be there to learn more about the benefits of Indianclubs, Join us =)
