Swinging with my son =)

It has been a nice weather this couple of days and it was today to so me and my son Oskar went on a little forest trip today.

Fenix martial art camp was this Saturday and i was there to show RKC Kettlebell Art =), it went well.

Sunday was a sleep day for me all day.

Monday and Medium day of Kettlebell Muscle week 10, some nice work that really felt good but its going to get hard this 3 last week of that program ;)

Tuesday and me and Oskar went for a long walk and Oskar did 100swings with the 12kg today as a start on his practice doing 100swing two times a week :)
Me i did 100 Indianbell swings 50 slow 50fast and Brettzell.
