Took the day of and regrouped yesterday, some well needed sleep and rest was the things i did all day.
But today i was on again =)
Took a long walk in the forest by my self and just reseted my brain.
Training of the day:
Some work with the Indianclubs as a warm up.
TGU with a 12kg as a warm up (keeping it as technical good as possible)
And Light day of Kettlebell Muscle week 10 =) two more and its over ;)
Ended with some Lats stretch from Lats:The super muscle
