End of Kettlebell muscle and health convention

This week has been full =)
Some real good things are in motion.
But first a gone a write down my last days of this weeks training.
Here we go =)

Wednesday:
Started with some Foam roller work
Stick work
ASLR
Brettzell
Kettlebell Muscle light day

Thursday:
Stick work
Hamstring stretch
Hip stretch
ASLR
Heavy day Kb Muscle and the last one =)

I have done all 12weeks now and i gained 10pounds, not all muscle but i am stronger =)
It has been fun and giving to do Geoff Neuperts Kettlebell Muscle even if it has been real hard.

Friday:
I took a TRX Certification so now i can do TRX to =)

Saturday and Sunday:
Was at a Health convention and showed people RKC, FMS and some Indianclub.
People reacted very good so hopefully i can get more people in to become better peoples Pavel style :)

And today Monday:
Started on ETK , ROP
Foam roller work
Toe touch 10reps
Brettzell 2.0
Brettzell
Hip stretch
2 Ladders of 1-3 reps with a 28kg in Military presses
50 24kg Snatch 5/5,5/5,5/5,5/5,5/5
Light day but good day
