It feels good to do more conditioning work again and i sure need it =)
Gained 10pounds on the Kettlebell Muscle but now its time to get in shape and have good condition.

Stick work
ASLR work
Hip stretch
Indianclub swinging exercise 1-5#
Vo2MAX protocol 16kg Snatch 8 rep 10 rounds (i am not going to start hard just eas myself in to it again)
Wednesday practice:
Press warm up 16kg 5/5, Indianclub swing #1, press 20kg 3/3, Indianclub swing #2, press 24kg 2/2
ROP 28kg 1-3* 3 times
24kg 2H Swings 150 in 15 mode
Nice practice fast and good
