I have been under a lot of stress this two last weeks and thats mirroring my training =(
Have been low and have been doing some stuff so my PTSD has taking over more than it should.
So since last time i wrote here has been a little slower =)
After the weekend i had to take two day of and regroup.
Wednesday.
Was Indianclub swinging #1-5 for 10minutes then the Medium day of Kettlebell muscle and then i went to Officer school in Halmstad to talk about my service in Bosnia.
Friday.
Indianclub swinging 10minutes #1-5 and light day of Kettlebell Muscle and a long walk.
And today Sunday.
Started with Heavy day of Kettlebell Muscle and ended with 10minutes of Indianclub swinging #1-2 one arm.
One more week of Kb muscle then its something new to do =)
