Pain is good as Pavel says =) but not the pain i have in my shoulder =( so i am stepping down from the POR pressing and are going to do more Swings and Snatch instead.
As i wrote last time dont be worry be happy but at the same time as Dustin Rippetoe said Dont HURRY be happy =)
And i am going to break out my TRX again and start using it ;)
