Heavy day is done and gone =)

Took a extra rest day yesterday just doing some mobility drills.
And i was watching my new DVD Dynami from the center by the RKC/FMS crew Brett Jones and Gray Cook, its a awesome DVD with some new nice pointers on Deadlifts, Swings, Squats and push pressing.





So i did my Heavy day today instead =)
I did 3 rounds today of
3*Clean
3*Military Press
3*Squats
3*Push Press
3*Swings
With double 24kg bells

Then some TRX Suspended pikes
3*5-7



And some vacuum stomach on all four

  1. Ok great work but when you said you did trx handstands I thought the hands were in the trx rings and your feet on the ball!! Man, I thought I was seriously behind you! well done though man :))
