I hear people saying that stretching is fun and relaxing? hmm i dont think they are stretching because real stretching is pain =) it hurts for real but it becomes better over time.
I did a Workshop yesterday for a group of young wrestlers, learning them TGU and Swings. They was hard workers and learn fast and they were strong =) but they didnt like my stretching after as a cool down hehehe they were pretty stiff, so they have to work on there mobility.
My training today was hard but as we say "you dont have to like it just do it " =)
I started of by doing some stretching with my TRX (i follow the TRX Essentials: Flexibility DVD) and it felt good today.
Then it was Kettlebell practice =) 4 rounds of
4*Swings
4*Snatch ( the snatch was ugly stile today so i changed it to 4*Clean&Jerk instead on the two last rounds, i dont like ugly style)
3*Military Press
3*Squats
And i ended with some light 24kg Snatching 5/5 on the minute for
3 minutes.
