Easy Strength 40 Day Program Day 1

Started on the Easy Strength 40day Program today =) 40 days of easy training or not ;).

I will be doing, 5 movement

  1. A large posterior chain movement - Pistol
  2. Upper body push - Presses single arm or double presses
  3. Upper body pull - Pull ups so i can be ready for RKC II
  4. A simple full-body explosive move - Snatches or/and Swings
  5. An "anterior chain" move (abdominal exercise) - I will try different exercises for this one

    Are u able to do pistols without assistance?
    What will you do for conditioning?


    Will you try Girevoy Sport? I always wonder because Pavel is speakin of Sergey Mishin in Return of the Kettlebell and he is /was a GS-Sportsman who did mostly jerks and long Cycle clean+jerk. So I always wonder about that tension stuff.

    No i am not there yet but i hope to be able to do a Pistol with 16kg in 40days.
    GS is not my cup of tea, i did the IKFF cert and passed 2009 but i fell that RKC style of training is more me =)
