Have just completed my day 11 and it was a good day with some Personal Best (Pb) =)
After a day or rest (day 10) i was hungry for some heavy presses and yes they were heavy =S
Pull ups 8kg 1*1, 1*2, 1*3, 1*2 1*1, Body weight 1*5
RKC Plank 30sec on 15sec rest 5 times
Pistols 16kg 5*1/1 and 1*5/5 with the TRX
Presses, 1*1/1 24kg, 1*1/1 28kg, 3*1/1 36kg (Pb) and 1*1/1 40kg push press
Snatch 16kg 100 done in 3:45 (PB) (25/25/15/15/10/10)
