Day 12 and i felt tired =)

But as long as the body is fine so am i =)

Practice Day 12

Pull ups body weight 3*5

TRX Pikes 2*10

Pistols 1*5/5 with the TRX then 2*1/1 with a 16kg and 1*1/1 with a 20kg that i FAILED

Clean & Press double 24kg bells 2*5

Swings 24kg 150, 10/10/10/10/5/5 30sec rest, 10/10/10/10 30sec rest, 10/10/5/5 30sec rest, 10/10 30sec rest, 5/5 done =)

I tried Master RKC Mr Neupert way of swinging today and it felt nice.

  1. Hmm.... Jag hängde inte riktigt med där, mer squat och fötterna rakt fram? Är inte det den omtalade nya Kenneth-swingen?
