Hi folks =) you all see the weight practice i do here but you dont see the mobility part.
Every day a work for more mobility, before every weight practice i done some sort of mobility, not mush but just to find some space in my joints. TRX stretching or Joint mobility is the thing i do then.
Later in the day i do real mobility drills to find new space and mobility in the body, i take two body parts that are felling bad that day and do some work on them. i have my Hip, Shoulders, T-spine and Hamstring as my bad parts and i am working with at least two of them every day.
doing Hip stretches, Brettzells, ASLR and many more drills to make myself better.
Its essential to move good before you train for strength, thats a thing i learned the hard way ;)
Today iron practice.
Pull ups 8kg Bell 5*2
Hanging leg raises+ ABS Wheel roll outs 2*10
Squats feet close together 1*5 28kg, 1*5 32kg
Clean & Press 32kg 5*2/2
Swings 28kg 220 in ladder fashion (20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20)
