ABS Wheel roll outs 2*10
Squats feet together 32kg 1*5, 36kg 1*5
Clean & Press 32kg 1*2/2, 3*3/3
Snatching 20kg 150 (15/15, 14/14, 13/13, 12/12, 11/11, 10/10) didnt fell that good today =( felt ugly.
