Pull ups Body weight 5*2
Hanging leg raises 3*10
Airborne lungs on a chair 2*5/5
See Saw presses 24kg 2*5/5
1 Snatch 1 swing for 1minute then rest, 2min then rest, 3 min then rest with a 20kg
