When you start to get older you have to take care of your body more and before =) so today i took a lighter day with practice but it felt good.
I did my practice spreed over the day to not as one practice.
Here is my day
TRX low rows 1*15
Bottom up Clean and Press 20kg 5*2/2
Gobletsquats 20kg with my feet close together 2*5
Vacuum stomach on all four, 5* 15sec vacuum 20sec rest
Snatches 12kg 25/25/25/25 in 3,20minutes
