I felling pretty good and are on the right track in both mental and physical =)
For me it has been a lot of ups and downs due to my Post traumatic stress disorder but i fell like i am on the right track and have been for a while =)
My shoulders are still off but i am taking care of them and i started today to press some again, light and not many reps.
