I have only been doing my Convict Conditioning practice for this two weeks.

Indianclub work #1-3 for 15minutes.

3:10 Flat bent leg raises 2*25 and 1*20
Todays practice
Mobility work with TRX
Halos 12kg 1*10/10
Partial TGU 24kg 5/5
Snatch 28kg 100 taking it slow (10/10, 9/9, 8/8, 7/7, 6/6, 2*5/5)
Swings 24kg 110 2H
Train as a man especially if you are a women ;)
