NOOOOOO =) its not me who is doing the Parallet work but i am interested in starting to play with them.
After seeing Max Schank play with them i have found myself trying to do L-sit with my Kettlebells =) So now i am going to built a pair and see how mush bruises i will get before quiting =)
Now to my practice.
Started the day with some Ginastica Natural sun salutations (5 times)
Then some naked TGU 5/5
Partial TGU 36kg bell 2*1/1
Beast (48kg) Swings =)
20, 20, 15, 16, 15. 14, 12, 10 and 3 to make it even 125 Swings
Double 24kg bell over head walk
4 times and about 20-25 second each time
