After a good night sleep i was ready for a nice practice, and this is what came out =)
I did double 24kg Kettlebell presses with Pull ups in a super set
6*3 presses and 3 Pullups
Swings 28kg
2H and 1H (i did about 2/3 1H)
300 swings
And i ended with Clubbell shield casts with a par of 15Ibs
3*10/10
It was a nice practice =) after that i broke in my new gravity boots hanging up side down =)
