Saturday and a nice practice =)
I have problem whit my left shoulder, its not pain free all the time so i am going a bit lighter on that side for awhile, but i am still pressing =)
Started my practice with Kettlebell presses at home before i went to the local gym for the Deadlifts.
Kettlebell presses
Left side 24kg 5*2
Right side 28kg 5*2
Down to the gym
Deadlifts
100kg 1*3
120kg 1*3
140kg 1*3
150kg 1*3
160kg 1*3
and 170 1*1
Tactical pull ups with Green band
