Last post was that i was going to go Kettlebell muscle but i changed that, as i am going to Italy in June i have to practice for that.
So i am doing some other crazy stuff =) RKC=School of STRENGTH and i have to get strong.
So i will put up this weeks practice so far and pick up from there =)
Monday
TGU 24kg  2*1/1, 32kg 2*1/1 and 40kg 1*1/1
Pressing 28kg back to ladder work  3Ladders of 1-5 and 2Ladders of 1-4 
Snatch 28kg  5/5 on the minute for 5minutes, 2minute rest
24kg  6/6 on the minute for 5minutes  3minute rest
20kg 7/7 on the minute for 5minutes =)
Wednesday
The 32kg day =)
Windmill  24kg 1*5/5 and 32kg 1*1/1
Press Double 32kg  1*1,  2*2 1*3 and 1*2  the 1*3 was a PR =)
Power snatch with the 32kg 5*5/5
Cleans double 32kg 5*5
Squats double 32kg 1*3, 2*4 and 1*3  
Swings double 32kg 5*5
