Wow i fell it in my hamstrings =) i should have listening on Keats and Franz Snidemans advise and take it slow =)
I did Sprints yesterday and after 5 60meters sprints i felt a twist in my hamstring. So i quite and did some jogging instead.
Woke up this morning and was sore and tight.
So todays lifting practice was light but sweet =)
Windmills 24kg 1*5/5
Half kneeling presses 24kg 2*5/5
Tall kneeling presses 2*5/5
Double Kb Jerks 24+24kg 3*5
Swings 36kg 5/5/5, 6/6/6, 7/7/7, 6/6/6 and 5/5/5 (1H/1H/2H)
