It has been such a week now when i am down in the spiral of PTSD =( But what do i do???? PRACTICE ;) Its a good drug thats keeping me going forward, and so are the Comrades of the RKC

Monday and press strength practice today =)
Press 32kg + tactical Pull Ups 8 kg 2 Ladders of 1-4 and 3 ladders of 1-3
Pistols 12kg 5*1/1

Tuesday
Ballistic practice =)
Snatch 28kg 6/6 on the minute for 5 minutes
Double Kettlebell Snatch 20+20kg 2*5, 24+24kg 2*5, 28+28kg 1*3

Thursday
Grind practice =)

Double Kb Squats 32+32 4*4
Double Kb Clean 32+32 5*5
And ended with some heavy ballistics 44kg 1H Swings 6* 5/5

Jerks 32+32kg 1*5
And i have done my Primal Charge every day and it fells good doing it both for the body and mind ;)
