It`s Easter today and i am stying home and not riding my broom to Eastern island =)
Have had some nice eggs and some lifting thats my day =)
Barbell practice in the local gym
Squats 140Kg 3*3
Barbell Presses 60Kg 3*3
Bench Press 80Kg 3*3
Dead Lift 165Kg 3*3
Then some Pistols with a 20Kg kettlebell 3*1/1
