Strength is a skill so keep on practice it =)

I just need to get stronger so i am practicing my strength skills =)


Yesterday it was a hectic day so i just had time to do some Primal Move and 5 minute snatching. but it was good for the mind to snatch the stress away

Todays practice was at the gym with barbells

Dead lift 150Kg 1*2
              160Kg 1*2
              170Kg 1*2
              180Kg 1*2
              170Kg 1*2

Squats 130Kg 3*3

Bench Press 85Kg 5*2

Standing Barbell Press 55Kg 3*3
