Light weigth practice =)

After last weeks mental and psychical work (I didnt even have time and energy to write it here) it was time for one light practice with the Barbell.

I did it light and thinking on perfect form instead.
Started with some Primal Move as always =)
Then.

Dead Lift 140Kg 2*5

Squats 100Kg 2*5

Bench Press 70Kg 2*5

Standing Barbell Press 50Kg 2*5

And ended with some Pistol kust to check and have fun 3*1/1 20Kg  
It was a light and relaxed practice  =)
