It not what you lift , it how you lift

People are always saying Ojj you are an Kettlebell instructor and seeing the Kettlebell.
Then i answer NO we use a Kettlebell but i am a Strength instructor to learn people to be stronger in what ever they want to do.

Its not the tool but the system of how to learn to be strong thats the key =)


Friday`s practice

Dead Lift 160Kg 3*3

Squats 130Kg 3*3

Bench Press 80Kg 2*5

Standing Barbell presses 55Kg 3*3


Saturday`s Practice

TGU 24Kg 2*/2 and 1*1/1
Snatch with the 20Kg
