I am not strong and i have never been =)

But thats someting that i can  work on and so i am =)

Today was Barbell day.
Did some hip opener and Brettzell first.

Then 
Dead Lift 160Kg 2*5

Squats 120Kg 3*3

Bench press 80Kg 3*3

Standing Barbell presses 60Kg 6*2


It was nice and i working on getting STRONG FIRST   =)

Here is a strong dude ;)
