Went to the gym today and had some real fun by my self.
Did some nice Primal Move work as my start.
Dead Lift 170Kg 5*2
Squats 120Kg 2*5
Bench Press 80Kg 3*3
And standing Barbell press 60Kg 5*2
Ended with some mobility drills.
